Shipping policy

I allow myself 10 business days to get your item made, packaged, and shipped. Those 10 days DO NOT include shipping time. Since I am the only one on my team, I need that time to make sure that orders are made to standard and are correct. Once the package leaves my house, I CANNOT control how long the shipping services take. If your order was placed on the weekend, the shipping time estimate days DO NOT start until the closest business day.

When you place an order you are sent an email with your order number, you will be sent a second email when the shipping label is created, and then a final email when your package has shipped, is in transit, or is out for delivery. Please check your spam/junk folder as emails sometimes get sent there.
